Return Policy


You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

This right expires 14 days from the date the shipment was delivered to you or other third party chosen by you, other than the delivery man that came into possession of the package.

To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (such as a written notice sent by mail, fax or email). Below is our contact information:

In order to meet the deadline for contract withdrawal, you only have to send us information about you exercising your right to withdraw from the contract prior to the expiration of the deadline for contract withdrawal.

Terms of contract withdrawal: in the event of contract withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the item (except for any additional costs that have resulted in the clients’ personal choice to choose a delivery option more expensive then the most basic delivery option offered by us) immediately, and in every case no longer than 14 days from the date that we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; In any case you will not incur any additional charges in connection with this return. We may wait to reimburse your payment until we receive the item being returned or until we receive a proof of such item being shipped to us, depending on which one occurs earlier.

Please return the item(s) to us immediately, in any case no longer than 14 days from the day that you informed us about your right to exercise the contract withdrawal. The deadline is met if you sent back to us the item(s) before 14 days.

You will have to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

You are only responsible for devaluation of the item resulting in usage of the item in any other way then intended for its nature, characteristics and functionality.


1. Complaint claims regarding the defects of the Consumers’ Goods should be addressed to the Seller in written format. You can also inform the Seller via e-mail at You can use the sample complaint claim form (available here).

2. The complaint claim should contain a detailed description of the defect of the Good and the Consumer’s request, possibly also photographic documentation.

3. The Seller agrees to review the complaint within 14 days of receiving such complaint. If the Seller fails to respond to the Consumer’s complaint claim within 14 days, it shall be deemed accepted and justified.

4. If the complaint claim is accepted, the Seller shall take appropriate actions requested by the Consumer.

5. It is possible to use non-judicial means of examining a complaint claim and inspecting any legal claims against the Consumer.

6. Peemer International Sp. z o.o. is not liable for damage made to the Goods resulting in transportation of the Goods to the Consumer.
